全纳教育是未来教育的发展方向,而实现全纳教育的关键在教师。澳大利亚在培养全纳教师方面有许多经验,如财政支持政策、教师资格准入制度、教师教育和培训的支持体系以及全纳教师发展的支持网络等。因此,应借鉴澳大利亚全纳教师建设的有益经验,来构建有序的政策引导机制和标准化的准入制度,充分发挥师范类院校在全纳教师培育中的作用,利用现代信息网络构建全纳教师的培育平台,构建全面的支持网络推动全纳教师素质的提升。
Inclusive education is the future direction of education, and the key to achieving inclusive education lies in teachers. Australia has a wealth of experience in developing inclusive teachers such as financial support policies, access to teacher qualifications, support systems for teacher education and training, and support networks for inclusive teacher development. Therefore, we should learn from the beneficial experience of Australia’s inclusive teachers to build an orderly policy guidance mechanism and a standardized access system, give full play to the normal colleges and universities in the role of all-inclusive teacher training, the use of modern information networks to build inclusive Teacher training platform, build a comprehensive support network to promote the improvement of inclusive teachers.
