我厂使用的5L-40/8空压机,系甘肃工业大学1974年产品。原设计空压机的Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的活塞杆由填料组件密封,其工艺结构复杂。由铸铁料加工而成的挡油圈和密合圈与活塞杆呈滑动接触,经过一段时间使用后,活塞杆的滑动面磨损、拉伤严重,填料组件丧失密封性能,润滑油随活塞杆往复运动被窜入工作缸,严重影响设备安全运转。急待改进活塞杆密封结构。我们结合设备修理,在不改变原装配尺寸的前堤下,利用原来气缸座和填料压盖,把填料组件密封改为V形油封密封。V形油封材质选用聚四氟乙稀,由外购来的聚四氟乙稀棒料,按油封的标准尺寸数据切削加工。V形油封是由压圈、密封圈和支承圈组成。为了增强密封性能,在V形油封中采用3只密封圈重叠使用。具体结构如图所示:首先,在气缸座3孔内按装1只固定套4。两副V形油封2装配在固定套4内,由止套5轴向定位。本文重点介绍Ⅱ级活塞杆密封结构,Ⅰ级活塞杆密封结构改进与Ⅱ级类似。改进后的活塞杆1密封,依靠
