采用由目标因子分析法改进形成的校准工作矩阵法,对多组分食用合成色素混合体系进行同时测定.该法通过确认一个相应的校准工作矩阵即可对单个或多个混合样品的各组分进行同时直接测定.对七种三组分食用色素样品(各组分浓度在4.32~21.00μg/ml)的分析,各组分的回收率在97.93%~104.80%之间.与传统的目标因子分析法比较,此法特别适用于定性组成及定量范围基本清楚的混合样品的例行分析.
Using the calibration matrix method improved by the target factor analysis, the multi-component edible synthetic pigment mixture system was measured simultaneously. This method allows simultaneous determination of the individual components of a single or multiple mixed samples by confirming a corresponding calibration matrix. The analysis of the seven three-component food color samples (the concentration of each component was 4.32 ~ 21.00μg / ml), the recoveries of each component ranged from 97.93% to 104.80%. Compared with the traditional method of target factor analysis, this method is especially suitable for the routine analysis of mixed samples whose qualitative composition and the quantitative range are basically clear.
