如何治理废旧橡胶制品和粉煤灰对环境的污染问题是当前及今后国际社会关注的重点。本文对利用胶粉(RP)和粉煤灰(FA)制取新型复合材料及这种新型复合材料的性能进行了研究,并得出结论:(1)胶粉能用粉煤灰进行补强,但是FA的用量不能过量;(2)硅烷KH-550可用作偶联剂;(3)配合剂的添加顺序影响复合材料的性能;(4)FA/RP复合材料最佳的质量比为25/100;最佳的硫化条件是在145℃、9MPa条件下硫化40分钟。这些研究结果将有助于环境污染问题的治理。
How to control the environmental pollution caused by scrap rubber products and fly ash is the focus of the current and future international community. In this paper, the use of rubber powder (RP) and fly ash (FA) Preparation of new composite materials and the performance of this new composite materials were studied and concluded: (1) powder can be used to reinforce fly ash , But the amount of FA can not be overdose; (2) silane KH-550 can be used as coupling agent; (3) the order of adding additives affect the performance of composites; (4) the best mass ratio of FA / RP composites 25/100; the best curing conditions are at 145 ℃, 9MPa curing conditions 40 minutes. These findings will contribute to the governance of environmental pollution problems.
