In order to study the effects of soil temperature and soil water content on soil respiration of broad-leaved Korean pine (dark brown soil), dark brown coniferous forest (mountain brown coniferous forest soil) and Yue birch (sod grass) In September 2001 in Changbai Mountain soil experiments. The soil water content was divided into 9%, 21%, 30%, 37% and 43% by using the method of increasing the water content of the soil sample column. The soil samples were at 0, 5, 15, 25 and 35% Maintain the temperature for 24 hours. The soil respiration rate was positively correlated with temperature in the range of 0 ~ 35 u001f in the broad-leaved Korean pine forest soil. Soil respiration increased with the increase of water content within a certain range of water content (21% -37%). When the water content was beyond this range, the soil respiration rate decreased with the change of water content. There is a clear interaction between soil temperature and soil moisture on soil respiration. There was a significant difference in soil respiration between different forest types, with the order of broad-leaved Korean pine forest> Betula ermanii> Dark fir forest. The best soil respiration of Pinus koraiensis broad-leaved forest was soil temperature 35 u001f, Water content 37%; fir fir dark coniferous forest under dark brown needle leaf soil respiration best conditions are 25 u001f, 21%; the best conditions for the soil of birch forest respiration 35 u001f, water content 37 %. However, since the broad-leaved Korean pine forest, the spruce-fir forest and the birch-birch forest in Changbai Mountain are located at different altitudes, the soil temperature in different forest types varies from 4 to 5 u001f in the same period. Therefore, The respiration rate of coniferous forest soil should be lower than that of dark brown forest soil. The respiration rate of forest soil should be higher than that of mountain brown coniferous forest soil. Figure 2 Table 1 Reference 25.
