随着高校对外科研合作的日益增多,如何规范合同的签订与履行,规避合作中的法律风险,保障高校与科技人员的权益,已成为当前高校科技管理人员高度重视的问题。高校应设立专门的管理机构,完善管理制度,积极开展宣传培训工作,寻求法律技术支持,规范书面合同的签订,妥善保管证据,规避科研合作中存在的风险。
With the increasing cooperation of scientific research in universities and colleges, how to standardize the signing and performance of contracts, avoid the legal risks in cooperation and protect the rights and interests of universities and scientific and technical personnel have become the problems that the administrators of science and technology attach great importance to. Colleges and universities should set up special management agencies, improve the management system, actively carry out propaganda and training, seek legal and technical support, standardize the signing of written contracts, properly store evidence and avoid the risks in scientific research and cooperation.
