棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Glovex)是棉花苗期的重要害虫,发生量大,危害较重.为了减轻蚜害,自五十年代以来采用化学农药进行防治,取得了较好的效果.有的棉区自棉苗出土后,喷雾器不离手,轮番打药不停.由于连年大量使用化学农药,棉蚜产生了抗药性;提高用药浓度,增加化防次数,结果棉蚜不仅没有治下去,反而越治越多.从而影响了棉田生态平衡和环保效益.基于上述,我们从1978~1983年进行了系统研究,明确了棉花苗期棉田生态结构和昆虫的动态规律,开展以生态调控为基础、生物防治为主的棉蚜综合防治技术研究工作.
