In the hospital management work, the traditional method of administrative rounds inspection has proved to be in line with our national conditions and the actual conditions of small and medium-sized hospitals. It is an effective way to maximize collective leadership, overcome bureaucracy, and strengthen hospital scientific management. In the rectification work, we summarized the following defects in the collective round-up of the current leaders of the hospital and the departments responsible for the organs: First, the lineup is too large, the dean, the secretary, the deputy dean, and the functional departments have at least a dozen or so people. It is easy to express opinions fully and it also affects the quietness of wards and outpatient clinics. The second problem is that the political work, medical care, and logistic problems and information obtained by the rounds are all-inclusive.
