生产性服务业是现代服务业中最具活力的部门,按照经济发展的一般规律和趋势,生产性服务业属于快速发展的行业,其发展速度会超过制造业,即便是制造业增加值和就业比重不断下降情况下,生产性服务业增加值和就业比重也会呈现上升趋势。但是,在我国经济运行中,生产性服务业与制造业相比却相对滞后,出现了生产性服务业与制造业“一腿长,一腿短”。本文认为,生产性服务业与制造业的协调发展不仅是现代经济发展的客观走势,而且是经济增长的两个轮子。生产性服务业与制造业的协调发展有利于经济增长方式的调整,对提高我国经济的运行质量具有积极的推动作用。
Producer service industry is the most dynamic sector in modern service industry. According to the general laws and trends of economic development, producer service industry belongs to the fast-developing industry and its development speed will surpass that of manufacturing industry, even if the value added and employment of manufacturing industry Under the situation of declining proportion, the added value of productive services and the proportion of employment will also show an upward trend. However, in the economic operation of our country, the productive service industry lags behind that of the manufacturing sector, resulting in “one leg length and one leg short” in the productive service and manufacturing industries. This paper argues that the coordinated development of producer services and manufacturing is not only an objective trend of modern economic development, but also the two wheels of economic growth. The coordinated development of productive service industry and manufacturing industry is conducive to the adjustment of the mode of economic growth and plays a positive role in promoting the operation of our economy.
