2006年以来,江苏省在全省开展了丘陵山区农业综合开发高效农业基地建设工程,盱眙县丘陵山区是重点建设区域。为保证丘陵山区新植林、果、苗的成活率,2007年,全县有3家承包荒山开发的企业率先使用保水剂,使用面积3000多亩,结果表明,不论是绿化苗木还是造林苗木,效果都十分显著,现将调查情况简述如下。
