跨栏运动是田径运动中对身体素质要求比较高、技术动作比较复杂的运动项目。在跨栏跑教学过程中,学生在学习时经常产生心理障碍和恐惧感,从而影响学生掌握技术的进度,无法完成学习任务。因此,文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法、心理访谈法,通过统计归纳、分析对西北师范大学体育学院近两年来学生在跨栏跑学习过程中出现的恐惧心理因素进行分析,并提出克服恐惧心理的措施与方法,为今后的体育教学提供参考依据。
