以民航飞行学院飞行专业学生和地面学生为对象,使用自编学习动机问卷,调查比较了民航飞行学生与地面学生的学习动机的三个子要素:动机来源、动机强度和抗干扰性。结果表明:(1)飞行学生的学习动机的来源与地面学生不同;(2)飞行学生学习动机强度显著高于地面学生;(3)不同年级飞行员的学习动机始终保持在较高的水平。
Taking the flight majors and ground students of Civil Aviation Flight Academy as examples, we use self-made questionnaire to study the motivation of civil aviation flight and terrestrial students, and compared the three sub-elements of motivation, source of motivation, intensity of motivation and anti-interference. The results show that: (1) The origin of flying students’ learning motivation is different from that of the students on the ground; (2) The motivation of flying students is significantly higher than that of the ground students; (3) The motivation of pilots at different grades is always maintained at a high level.
