目的建立同时测定清化丸中绿原酸和黄芩苷的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamond C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长327 nm,柱温40℃。结果绿原酸在32.96~494.40 ng呈线性关系,平均回收率为100.6%;黄芩苷在48.27~724.05 ng呈线性关系,平均回收率为98.6%。结论该方法简便、准确可靠,能同时定量测定两种成分,更全面地控制清化丸的质量。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Qinghua Wan. Methods The HPLC method was performed on a Diamond C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid and gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min. The detection wavelength was 327 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The chlorogenic acid showed a linear relationship between 32.96 and 494.40 ng with an average recovery of 100.6%. The linear relationship was found between 48.27 and 724.05 ng of baicalin with an average recovery of 98.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can simultaneously determine the two components quantitatively and control the quality of Qinghua Pills more completely.
