首先构造了一个与坐标变换无关的机构连杆曲线轨迹描述函数,然后对其进行傅里叶变换,通过提取一定数量的傅里叶级数来精确描述任一机构的连杆运动轨迹曲线。接着,给出了定量描述任何两条封闭曲线轨迹几何特征匹配程度的度量计算公式。最后,在通过一个实际算例验证了该计算公式有效性的基础之上,给出一套完整的连杆轨迹电子图谱生成方法及期望轨迹机构的检索反求算法。
Firstly, a curve describing function of the connecting rod curve is established, which has nothing to do with the coordinate transformation. Then Fourier transform is carried out to extract a certain number of Fourier series to accurately describe the connecting rod trajectory curve of any mechanism. Then, a quantitative calculation formula for quantitatively describing the geometric matching of any two closed curve trajectories is given. Finally, based on a practical example to verify the validity of the formula, a complete set of method for generating the trajectories of the connecting rod and the retrieval algorithm of the desired trajectory are given.
