目的:对胡颓子根的乙酸乙酯部位进行系统的化学成分研究。方法:将胡颓子根乙醇提取物经石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇依次萃取,得到其石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位。对乙酸乙酯部位通过硅胶柱色谱和LH-20羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)柱进行化学成分的分离纯化,应用薄层色谱跟踪检测,结合重结晶技术,分离得到单体化合物,根据化合物的理化性质和核磁共振、质谱等波谱技术对化合物的化学结构进行鉴定。结果:从中分离出13个化合物,分别鉴定为熊果酸(ursolic acid)(1),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)(2),槲皮素(quercetin)(3),山柰酚(kaempferol)(4),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(5),没食子酸(gallic acid)(6),没食子酸乙酯(ethyl gallate)(7),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid)(8),豆甾醇(stigmasterol)(9),对羟基苯乙酸(hydroxyphenylacetic acid)(10),对羟基苯甲酸(hydroxybenzoic acid)(11),柚皮素(naringenin)(12),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside)(13)。结论:化合物1~13均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition of the ethyl acetate part of the root of E. variegata. METHODS: The ethanol extracts of E. militaris roots were extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol in order to obtain petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol parts. The ethyl acetate fractions were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and LH-20 hydroxypropyl sephadex (Sephadex LH-20) column, followed by thin-layer chromatography, combined with recrystallization technique to separate Compounds, according to the physicochemical properties of compounds and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, mass spectrometry techniques for the identification of the chemical structure of the compound. RESULTS: Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as ursolic acid (1), daucosterol (2), quercetin (3) and kaempferol (4). ), β-sitosterol (5), gallic acid (6), ethyl gallate (7), oleanolic acid (8), beans Stigmasterol (9), hydroxyphenylacetic acid (10), hydroxybenzoic acid (11), naringenin (12), kaempferol-3-O- β-D-glucoside (kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside) (13). Conclusion: Compounds 1-13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
