为了探讨在国际物流产业中如何推动集装箱检验检疫工作,作者分析了国际集装箱检验检疫工作的通行作法,以及国内集装箱检验检疫的政策法规及执法现状。认为集装箱检验检疫是国际物流产业中起着保护和推动作用的重要组成部分,先进的检验检疫模式实际上带动了物流产业的利润增长。中国的集装箱检验检疫工作应当改变目前的模式,积极配合国际物流产业的飞速发展,建立高效、快捷的大通关模式,做国际物流产业的坚强后盾。
In order to explore how to promote container inspection and quarantine in the international logistics industry, the author analyzes the prevailing practices of international container inspection and quarantine work as well as the domestic policies and regulations on container inspection and quarantine and the status quo of law enforcement. It is considered that the inspection and quarantine of containers is an important part of the international logistics industry that plays a protective and promoting role. The advanced inspection and quarantine model actually drives the profit growth of the logistics industry. China’s container inspection and quarantine work should change the current model and actively cooperate with the rapid development of the international logistics industry to establish an efficient and speedy mode of major clearance so as to provide a solid backing for the international logistics industry.
