研究了火成矿床和沉积矿床中的钙钛矿、钛铁矿和金红石的可浮性。在浮选这 3种矿物的工业过程中 ,浮选 pH、浮选前的矿浆预处理和捕收剂种类对它们的浮选影响很大。研究了改性的酯类 (如磷酸酯 )捕收剂作用。用脂肪醇酯硫酸盐、石油磺酸盐或琥珀酰胺酸盐对磷酸酯改性 ,可明显地改进它们的浮选性能。脂肪醇酯硫酸盐改性的磷酸酯可很好地浮选钙钛矿 ,石油磺酸盐改性的磷酸酯可很好地浮选钛铁矿。磷酸酯和琥珀酰胺酸盐的混合物浮选金红石最有效。在实验室和半工业试验厂中对改性的磷酸酯进行了评价 ,因为所试验的矿石的脉石组成复杂 ,因此 ,在研究中特别注意不同脉石矿物抑制剂的选择。
Studied the floatability of perovskite, ilmenite and rutile in the igneous and sedimentary deposits. In the flotation of these three minerals in the industrial process, the flotation pH, flotation slurry pretreatment and collector species have a great influence on their flotation. The effect of modified esters (such as phosphate ester) collectors was investigated. Modifying phosphates with fatty alcohol ester sulfates, petroleum sulfonates or succinamates can significantly improve their flotation performance. Fatty alcohol ester sulfate modified phosphate ester flotation of perovskite, petroleum sulfonate modified phosphate flotation ilmenite well. Mixtures of phosphates and succinamates are most effective for flotation of rutile. Modified phosphate esters were evaluated in laboratories and semi-industrial pilot plants because of the complexity of the gangue composition of the ore being tested, so particular attention was given to the choice of different gangue mineral inhibitors in the study.
