人是所有组织中最伟大的资源,也是所有竞争力中最为关键的要素。每个组织为了建立和保持一个有效率、有活力的员工队伍,都非常注重人才的选拔、培养和利用。但广西的很多事业单位对现代人力资源管理知识一知半解,对人的管理基本还停留在传统的人事管理上。本文根据人力资源管理的具体内容,以广西某事业单位在现代人力资源利用上出现的问题的实例为研究题材,针对目前现代人力资源管理中出现的问题进行讨论、分析,并从多方面和多角度提出了一系列合理化建议:为了跟上时代步伐,应重视人才管理、完善管理机制及考核标准;应尽快提高从事人力资源管理人员素质,尽快增设人力资源会计核算及有关管理人员等;利用广西地域优势,抓住中国—东盟自由贸易区建设机遇,合理规范劳动关系管理,保障劳动法的合理实施,达到单位和个人的双赢和互利。
People are the greatest resource of all organizations and the most crucial element of all competencies. In order to establish and maintain an efficient and dynamic workforce, each organization attaches great importance to the selection, cultivation and utilization of talents. However, many institutions in Guangxi know very little about modern HRM knowledge, and people management basically stays in the traditional HR management. Based on the concrete content of human resource management and taking the example of the emerging problems in modern human resources utilization of a certain institution in Guangxi as the subject of study, this paper discusses and analyzes the problems in modern human resource management, In order to keep up with the pace of the times, we should attach importance to talent management and improve the management mechanism and assessment standards. We should speed up the quality of personnel engaged in human resources management as soon as possible to establish human resources accounting and related management personnel as soon as possible. Utilize Guangxi Regional advantages, seize the opportunity of China-ASEAN free trade area construction, rationalize the management of labor relations, guarantee the reasonable implementation of the Labor Law and achieve the win-win and mutual benefit between the units and individuals.
