应用聚乙二醇(PEG)沉淀试验对51只感染10条或50条两性日本血吸虫的家兔和5只感染25条或50条单性日本血吸虫的家兔,在感染后2~14周连续检测了CIC的水平。感染家兔的CIC平均消光值显著高于未感染家兔的PEG沉淀物平均消光值,前者随着感染时期的增长而升高,并与感染度密切相关。单性感染家兔的CIC水平要低于两性感染家兔的CIC水乎,两者的高峰均在感染后第12周,第12周后CIC水平均趋下降。
Fifty-one rabbits infected with 10 or 50 S. japonicum Schistosoma japonicum and 5 rabbits infected with 25 or 50 S. japonicum were immunized with polyethylene glycol (PEG) precipitation for 2 to 14 weeks after infection The level of CIC was examined. The average extinction CIC value of infected rabbits was significantly higher than that of uninfected rabbits. The former increased with the increase of infection period and was closely related to the infection degree. The level of CIC in unilateral infected rabbits was lower than that in amphibious rabbits. The peak of both CIC levels in both rabbits at 12 weeks and 12 weeks after infection decreased.
