数控机床工作效率高、应用范围广、加工精度有保障,是目前应用最广泛的机电一体化设备。数控机床的频繁使用,必将引发其零部件发生故障。本研究系统通过对数控机床工作时振动信号的实时监测,从振动谱图中应用先进的传感器检测技术、信号分析技术,及时判断出其发生故障的部件并进行维修,延长数控机床的使用寿命,提高数控机床的生产效率。
