酞菁衍生物分子内光致电子转移过程及光电性能的研究

综合报道了酞菁衍生物的光物理性质,酞菁以共价键与电子给体或电子受体连接的二元或三元分子的分子内光致电子转移过程,用毫微秒及激光闪光光解技术观测到长寿命的电荷分离态。光电效应测试结果表明,用二元或三元分子体系作为光敏剂,其光电性能明显优于简单的酞菁分子。 The photophysical properties of phthalocyanine derivatives, the intramolecular photo-induced electron transfer of binary or ternary molecules of phthalocyanine covalently bonded to an electron donor or electron acceptor were comprehensively reported. The nanosecond and laser flash Photolysis techniques have observed long-lived charge-separation states. The photoelectric effect test results show that, with the binary or ternary system as a photosensitizer, its photoelectric properties were significantly better than simple phthalocyanine molecules.
