我国银行业对企业信用状况和信用等级实行较为严格和系统的监管,源于80年代末、90年代初各地以省级或地市级分行为单位建立的信用等级评定制度。但其后几年,因种种原因大多停办或不了了之。近两年来,各专业银行总行加强了对此项工作的领导,陆续出台了全行统一的信用等级评定办法。目前各行较为统一的做法是依据企业近年(一般为近三年)来的财务、效益情况和企业的发展趋势预测,通过一系列量化指
