襄阳汉江三桥南滩桥移动模架创新采用一种新的移动模架拆除技术——配重平衡顶推前移分节拆除技术。即通过模拟模架拆除各工况下的偏心情况,对模架翼缘配重和内侧卸荷平衡,使模架在各拆除工况下均能够平稳顶推前移,然后在拆除支架平台分解拆除的方法。工程实践证明,该技术能大大降低拆除难度、提高拆除效率、减少大型下放设备投入、保证施工安全和降低拆除成本。
