人参、维生素E、花粉、硫酸锌都具有抗衰老作用,但作用机理各不同,我们将上述药品按照一定比例组合设计了保春龄(抗老Ⅰ号)。应用抗老Ⅰ号进行人胚肺二倍体细胞的毒性实验和早代、晚代细胞增殖密度实验,实验结果表明:抗老Ⅰ号复方后的作用比单味药的作用为佳,抗老Ⅰ号不仅对晚代细胞增殖密度有明显的影响,而且对早代细胞也有明显作用,晚代细胞对抗老Ⅰ号解毒能力降低,较小剂量就能引起细胞毒性反应,对临床上老年人用药剂量选择有一定指导意义。
