报告应用HaemoneticsV50PLUS血细胞分离机对4例造血系统恶性肿瘤病人进行外周血于细胞采集、冻存的结果,第1次完全缓解早期4例病人均能收集到足够的外周血干细胞量进行自体移植,1例病人静脉应用动员剂GM-CSF(生白能)能提高外周血于细胞的采集效率,初步观察到化疗药物的累积损害对外周血干细胞的采集有不利影响。未发现冻存时单个核细胞浓度变化对它和粒单祖细胞的回收率有明显影响。
Reported the use of Haemonetics V50 PLUS blood cell separator for peripheral blood collection and cryopreservation in 4 patients with hematopoietic malignancies. In the first complete remission, 4 patients were able to collect enough peripheral blood stem cells for autologous transplantation. 1 In patients with intravenous application of mobilization agent GM-CSF (bearing white energy) can improve the collection efficiency of peripheral blood cells, initially observed that cumulative damage to chemotherapy drugs have an adverse effect on the collection of peripheral blood stem cells. No change in the concentration of mononuclear cells when cryopreserved was found to have a significant effect on the recovery rate of the mononuclear progenitors.
