我国建筑发展越来越趋向于智能化,BIM技术的创造与发展又将计算机辅助建筑设计推向了又一个全新的舞台。从阐述BIM计算机辅助建筑设计技术的优势出发,对该技术在建筑工程中发挥的具体作用进行分析,为我国建筑工程的可持续发展提供有力的推动力。
The development of China’s buildings tends to be more and more intelligent. The creation and development of BIM technology in turn bring CAD-based design to another brand new stage. From the advantages of BIM computer aided architectural design technology, this paper analyzes the specific role played by this technology in building engineering and provides a powerful impetus to the sustainable development of construction engineering in China.
