电磁兼容性国防科技重点实验室1993年经国防科工委批准筹建,1996年4月22日正式运行,隶属于国防科学技术工业委员会和中国人民解放军总装备部。依托单位中国舰船研究设计中心。其运行目标是建设一流的EMC公共研究平台;聚集一流的EMC科研人才;创造一流的EMC技术成果。人才队伍结构学术委员会15人,其中院士3人,研究员(教授)12人;学术带头人10人;客座研究人员44人,其中院士2人,教授28人;固定人员35人,其中研究员8人,高级工程师15人,博士后1人,博士6人,硕士10人。专业涵益雷达、通讯、无线电技术、电磁场与微波、电波传播、自动控制、电子电气、计算机应用、仪器仪表、测量技术、电磁兼容等17个专业。另外,重点实验室设有“舰船电磁兼容技术”专业硕士点,每年面向全国招收硕士研究生。实验室研究与试验能力系统平台级总体电磁兼容预测仿真与分析评估多天线集中优化布置模型试验验证舰船RCS预测与模型试验验证设备、系统及平台电磁兼容试验与研究设备、系统及平台电磁干扰诊断、控刻及评估系统级电磁环境预测与评沽绳磁环境效应试验与评估强电磁脉冲毁伤与防护模拟试验研究电磁兼容试验方法研究与标准规范制定电磁兼容试验仪器仪表开发与研制电磁干扰控制产品开支与研制电磁兼容试验设施设计与试验系统集成合作研究与学术交流与高等院校、科研院所、知名企业联合开展EMC应用基础技术研究,共同进行重大关键技术攻关和集成创新以研讨会、学术会议、高级学习班等多种形式开展学水文流联合培养硕士、博士研究生面向全国发行重点实验室季刊《电磁兼容性技术》面向武器装备研制单位,开展多层次的EMC专题讲座提供国內EMC领域的技术服务与咨询,以及设备、系统和大型平台EMI技术难题的解决方案
Electromagnetic Compatibility National Defense Key Laboratory of Science and Technology approved by the Commission for Science and Technology for Construction in 1993, April 22, 1996 formal operation, under the National Defense Science and Technology Industrial Committee and the Chinese People’s Liberation Army General Armaments Department. Relying on the China Ship Research and Design Center.
