孔位精度是线路板诸多技术指标中最重要的一个技术指标,孔位精度的高低直接影响到产品质量的优劣及最终使用性能,更关系到产品的制造成本的高低。孔位精度过高、过低都是不合理的,过高会导致制造成本的大幅提高、甚至成倍或多倍的增加,过低会导致产品质量的大幅下降甚至报废,对公司利益造成直接或间接的损失。所以,孔位精度到底应该被控制在一个怎样的范围之内,该如何控制,正成为研究课题。本人结合自己在线路板行业多年的工作经验,浅谈一下自己在孔位精度方面的一点经验与心得,希望能给业界朋友一点启发,也希望大家多多给予批评指正!
