碳青霉烯类抗生素是应用最多也是最有效的抗生素,具有广泛的抗菌谱。同时这类抗生素与青霉素结合蛋白相结合,不会被β-内酰胺酶水解。在本篇综述中,我们描述了碳青霉烯类抗生素的发现与发展、化学性质、抗菌活性和市场中使用的传统碳青霉烯类抗生素的临床研究。市场上常用的碳青霉烯类抗生素有亚胺培南、美罗培南、厄他培南、多利培南、帕尼培南,此外还有一些新型在研的碳青霉烯类药物,例如替比培南、托莫培南和山费培南。
Carbapenem antibiotics are the most widely used and most effective antibiotics, with a wide range of antibacterial spectrum. At the same time such antibiotics and penicillin binding protein combination, will not be β-lactamase hydrolysis. In this review, we describe the discovery and development of carbapenem antibiotics, their chemical properties, antibacterial activity and clinical studies on traditional carbapenem antibiotics used in the market. Carbapenem antibiotics commonly used in the market are imipenem, meropenem, ertapenem, doripenem, and panipenem, as well as some new type of carbapenems under study, such as Bipeneng, TomoMepin and Shanfeipei Nan.
