民营企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分。在构建社会主义和谐社会新形势下,民营企业劳资关系问题解决的好坏,直接关系到我国经济的发展和社会的稳定与否。本文从我国民营企业劳资关系存在的主要问题分析入手,借鉴“5×1”系统分析模型理论,勾勒出民营企业应有的和谐劳资关系模型,并基于这个模型提出了构建民营企业和谐劳资关系的对策和建议。
Private-owned enterprises are an important part of our national economy. Under the new situation of building a harmonious socialist society, the solution to the problem of labor-capital relations in private-owned enterprises is directly related to the development of our economy and the stability of the society.
