全国财政扶贫工作会议于6月11日在四川成都市召开。各省(区、市)财政厅(局)长和负责财政扶贫工作的同志出席了会议。国务院扶贫工作领导小组组长、国务委员陈俊生同志到会作了重要讲话,财政部副部长李延龄同志、地方预算司司长姜永华同志参加了会议并分别作了发言。会上表彰了四川、河北等12个财政扶贫资金管理先进单位,交流了财政扶贫工作经验。为了进一步推动财政扶贫工作的深化,本刊特开设“财政扶贫”栏目,选登部份文章并作了删节,以供参考。
The National Financial Poverty Alleviation Conference was held on June 11 in Chengdu, Sichuan. The provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) Department of Finance (bureau) and responsible for the work of financial poverty alleviation attended the meeting. Comrade Chen Junsheng, leader of the State Council Leading Group for Poverty Alleviation and State Councilor, made an important speech here. Comrade Li Yanling, Vice Minister of Finance, and Jiang Yonghua, Director of the Department of Local Budget, attended the meeting and made speeches respectively. At the conference, 12 advanced units for financial poverty alleviation funds management in Sichuan and Hebei were commended, and their work experience in helping the poor was exchanged. In order to further promote the work of financial assistance in poverty reduction, we have set up a special section entitled “Financial Poverty Alleviation”, selected some articles and made some omissions for reference.
