电子计算机体层摄影(CT)是检查躯体实质性器官的一种非侵入性方法,用CT可直接显示器官的实质性异常。作者报告1例由于右肾上腺腺瘤的原发性醛固酮增多症患者,术前用CT扫描诊断定位。在文献上尚未见用此法诊断肾上腺腺瘤的其它病例。
Electronic computed tomography (CT) is a non-invasive method for examining the physical organs of the body. CT can directly display the substantial abnormality of the organs. The authors report a case of primary aldosteronism in patients with right adrenal adenoma. Preoperative CT scanning was used to diagnose the location. No other case of adrenal adenoma has been diagnosed by this method in the literature.
