北方合金工具厂从美国引进了一台低压真空烧结炉,这种炉子是把烧结与热等静压合二为一的设备,是当今世界上最先进的烧结设备,国内已引进了三台,除该厂外,还有江汉钻头厂、成都硬质合金工具厂各引进一台。在硬质合金生产中,利用这种设备,可以消除产品中的孔隙,提高致密度,从而达到改善产品性能,提高产品质量的目的,特别是在生产大制品时能取得较好的效果。该厂采用厦门金鹭公司生产的碳化钨粉,经湿磨成型后,用低压真空烧结炉进行烧结的顶锤,经用户试用结果表明,通电顶锤最高达930次,未通电的顶锤好的在3000～4000次,一般可
