考察了不同有机溶剂对光果甘草中光甘草定的提取效果,确定了最佳提取溶剂。在单因素实验的基础上,选择超声提取液料比、提取时间和超声功率3因素为自变量,光甘草定提取率为响应值,采用3因素3水平的响应面实验方法,对光果甘草中光甘草定的超声波提取工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,光甘草定提取的最佳工艺条件为:以乙酸乙酯为溶剂超声提取,液料比23∶1(mL/g)、提取2次、提取温度44℃、提取时间30min、超声功率500W,该条件提取光甘草定的提取率为0.269%。验证实验表明,所得模型方程能较好地预测实验结果。
The effects of different organic solvents on the extraction of Guangcao Ding from Guangguo licorice were investigated, and the best extraction solvent was determined. On the basis of single factor experiment, three factors of ultrasonic extraction liquid-to-liquid ratio, extraction time and ultrasonic power were chosen as independent variables, and the extraction rate of Guangcao Ding was chosen as the response value. The response surface experimental method of three factors and three levels Zhongguang licorice fixed ultrasonic extraction process conditions were optimized. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of Guangcaoqing were as follows: ultrasonic extraction with ethyl acetate as solvent, extraction ratio of 23: 1 (mL / g), extraction temperature of 44 ℃, extraction time of 30 min, ultrasonic power 500W, the conditions for extraction of glycyrrhizin extraction rate of 0.269%. Verification experiments show that the model equations obtained can better predict the experimental results.
