为了研究更为合理的高炉喷吹煤混合方案,利用热重分析仪和傅里叶红外光谱对单煤的燃烧性和煤中有机官能团进行了分析,同时也对不同混煤的燃烧性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,煤中-OH官能团数量随着煤化度的加深而减少,-CH3官能团数量则随着煤化度的加深而增加。燃烧性稍差的烟煤在混煤中对无烟煤的助燃作用更强,官能团结构相近的无烟煤和烟煤搭配更易于获得燃烧性好的混煤。
In order to study a more reasonable blast mixed coal injection scheme, the combustion of coal and the organic functional groups in coal were analyzed by thermogravimetric analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and the combustion performances of different coal blends were also studied the study. The results show that the amount of -OH functional groups in coal decreases with the degree of coalification, while the number of -CH3 functional groups increases with the degree of coalification. Bituminous coal with less combustibility is more effective in anthracite combustion in mixed coal, anthracite and bituminous coal with similar functional structure are easier to obtain coal with good combustibility.
