高中英语课程改革的目的是要使二十一世纪的每一位高中毕业生都具有基本的英语语言素养,使他们不论是升学还是就业,都具有终身学习所必备的英语语言基础知识和基本技能,具有一定的自主学习的愿望和能力,具有初步的跨文化交际的意识和能力。这一共同的语言能力基础应该成为普通高中教育为每个学生未来发展所创设的平台和机会。如何更好、有效地把新课标付诸实施,是对教育工作者尤其是对一线教师最新的挑战。笔者认为,建构性学习的培养应是新课标实施的有效途径之一。倡导建构性学习就是要实现主动参与、探究发展、交流合作的学习、成长方式,注重学生的经验与学习兴趣,改变过分依赖教材,过于强调接受学习、死记硬背、机械训练的现象。
The purpose of high school English curriculum reform is to make every senior high school graduates in the 21st century possess basic English language literacy so that they have the basic knowledge of English language necessary for lifelong learning and basic education Skills, have a certain desire for self-learning and ability, with the initial cross-cultural communication awareness and ability. This common language proficiency foundation should be the platform and opportunity for ordinary high school education to create for each student’s future. How to better and effectively put the new curriculum into practice is the latest challenge to educators, especially front-line teachers. The author believes that the construction of constructive learning should be an effective way to implement the new curriculum standard. Advocacy of constructive learning is to actively participate in, explore the development, exchange and cooperation learning, growth, pay attention to the students experience and interest in learning, change over-reliance on teaching materials, too much emphasis on acceptance of learning, rote memorization, mechanical training phenomenon.
