由于同步信号受电网谐波的干扰,常使微机控制的中频感应加热电源不能正常运行。采用对相位和频率跟踪无相差的数字锁相环对同步信号进行处理可满意地解决上述问题。本文分析了无相差锁相环的原理和设计方法,并给出了实验结果。
As the synchronization signal is disturbed by the harmonics of the power grid, the microcomputer-controlled medium frequency induction heating power supply can not normally operate. The use of a digital phase locked loop with no phase difference to the phase and frequency tracking of the synchronization signal satisfactorily solves the above problems. This paper analyzes the principle and design method of phase-locked loop without phase difference, and gives the experimental results.
