本文系采用一般研究协议书的多中心试验,根据适应症和禁忌症,按随意分配法放置 TCu220C,MLCu250(二种新 IUD)和 Cu7共1199例,至截止日期,全部2年放置的共825例(69％)。其中Ca7 261例,TCu22 286例和 MLCu250 278例。本研究的病人一般是年青低产次的。所得资料按Tietze 和 Lewit 的生命表法,用计算机进行毛率分析和做卡方试验比较率的差异。分析结果:在3组 IUD 间年龄,产次和以前避孕史无显著差异。Cu7脱落率最高,和 MLCu250比
In this multicenter trial using a general protocol of study, a total of 1199 cases of TCu220C, MLCu250 (two new IUDs) and Cu7 were placed randomly according to indications and contraindications. A total of 825 placements by the deadline for all 2 years Example (69%). There were 261 cases of Ca7, 286 cases of TCu22 and 278 cases of MLCu250.
