目的研究二烯丙基二硫(DADS)对人胃癌MGC803细胞的作用。方法采用MTT法和流式细胞仪检测DADS对MGC803细胞的生长抑制作用和细胞周期分布的影响。结果DADS对MGC803细胞有明显生长抑制作用,30、60、90 mg/L DADS分别作用于MGC803细胞72 h后,抑制率为(31.58±2.20)%、(53.87±4.50)%和(81.58±1.70)%:随着DADS浓度的增加,MGC803细胞的G_0/G_1期比率下降。G_2/M期的细胞比率逐渐上升。结论DADS对MGC803细胞具有生长抑制作用且能使其细胞周期阻滞于G_2/M期。
Objective To investigate the effect of diallyl disulfide (DADS) on human gastric cancer MGC803 cells. Methods MTT assay and flow cytometry were used to detect the effects of DADS on the growth inhibition and cell cycle distribution of MGC803 cells. Results DADS inhibited the proliferation of MGC803 cells. The inhibitory rates of DADS treated with 30, 60 and 90 mg / L DADS for 72 h were (31.58 ± 2.20)% and (53.87 ± 4) 50% and (81.58 ± 1.70)%, respectively. With the increase of DADS concentration, the ratio of G_0 / G_1 in MGC803 cells decreased. G_2 / M phase of the cell ratio gradually increased. Conclusion DADS can inhibit the growth of MGC803 cells and arrest the cell cycle in G2 / M phase.
