挥发分是煤尘受热时析出的成分,是影响煤尘云最低着火温度的主要因素之一。利用煤尘云最低着火温度测定系统对7种不同挥发分煤样的煤尘云最低着火温度进行了测定。主要得到如下结论:挥发分不同的煤尘云在最佳着火情况下的火焰状态不尽相同,但并不能单纯根据挥发分的大小对着火火焰类型进行分类;随着喷尘压力的增加,煤尘云最低着火温度先降低后升高;随着煤尘质量的增加,煤尘云最低着火温度也呈现先降低后升高的现象;煤尘云最低着火温度随挥发分的增大总体呈下降趋势。
Volatile matter is the composition of coal dust precipitated when heated, is one of the main factors affecting the minimum ignition temperature of coal dust cloud. The lowest ignition temperature of coal dust cloud of seven different volatile coal samples was determined by using the lowest ignition temperature measurement system of coal dust cloud. The main conclusions are as follows: The flame states of coal dust cloud with different volatiles are different under the best fire conditions, but the types of fire flame can not be classified according to the volatile content. With the increase of dust pressure, The lowest ignition temperature of dust cloud decreased firstly and then increased. With the increase of coal dust mass, the lowest ignition temperature of coal dust cloud also decreased firstly and then increased. The lowest ignition temperature of dust cloud decreased with the increase of volatile matter trend.
