用溴化十六烷基吡啶与Na基膨润土制备出有机膨润土(OMMT)。经热失重分析、红外光谱及X-射线衍射(XRD)测试表明:溴化十六烷基吡啶已进入膨润土层间;采用南京杰恩特SHJ-20型同向双螺杆挤出机,将聚丙烯(PP)与有机膨润土熔融复合,制得了分散效果良好的纳米复合材料,经塑料注射成型机压片制样,测试复合材料的力学性能。结果显示:添加有机膨润土的质量分数为3%~5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度提高了5%;缺口冲击强度提高40%。
Organo bentonite (OMMT) was prepared from cetyl pyridinium bromide and Na-bentonite. Thermogravimetric analysis, FTIR and X-ray diffraction (XRD) tests show that: Cetylpyridinium bromide has entered the interlayer of bentonite; NanjingJYENT SHJ-20 co-rotating twin screw extruder, poly Propylene (PP) was melt compounded with organobentonite to prepare nanocomposites with good dispersion effect. The mechanical properties of the composites were tested by compression molding with plastic injection molding machine. The results show that when the mass fraction of organic bentonite is 3% ~ 5%, the tensile strength of the composites increases 5% and the notched impact strength increases 40%.
