当前,国际反倾销制裁愈演愈烈,已在一定程度上影响了我国的外贸出口。 据统计,美国对我国出口产品的反倾销投诉已占其总投诉量的20％。欧洲国家对我国产品的反倾销投诉也不在少数,仅1995年2月欧洲制鞋联盟对我国出口鞋的反倾销投诉便涉及国内2000余家企业,份额占欧洲市场上中国鞋的80％,数额达5亿美元之巨。如今,南美、中东一些国家也出现了对我国出口产品的反倾销指控。
At present, the escalating international anti-dumping sanctions have already affected our country’s export to a certain extent.
