作为中国外贸转变发展方式的试验田和先行区,义乌市不辱使命,突破重围,亮出“一路走红”的外贸“成绩单”。2011年3月4日,国务院正式批复同意在义乌市开展国际贸易综合改革试点。义乌成为国务院批准设立的第10个综合配套改革试点,也是我国首个在国际贸易领域的国家级综合改革试点。同年5月6日,浙江省委、省政府和国家发改委等17个国家部委在义乌召开国际贸易综合改革试点动员大会,标志“义乌试点”全面启动。
As a pilot area and forerunner of the development mode of China’s foreign trade transformation, Yiwu City has done its utmost to achieve breakthroughs in foreign trade. On March 4, 2011, the State Council formally approved and agreed to carry out a pilot program on the comprehensive reform of international trade in Yiwu City. Yiwu became the 10th comprehensive pilot for comprehensive reforms approved by the State Council and the first national comprehensive pilot for reform in the field of international trade. On May 6 of the same year, 17 state ministries and commissions including Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, the provincial government and the National Development and Reform Commission held a trial mobilization meeting for comprehensive reform of international trade in Yiwu. The symbol “Yiwu pilot program” was launched in an all-round way.
