血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(简称TTP)又称Moschcowitz综合征。合并弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)及双下肢大静脉血栓特殊表现型的TTP少见,报告1例如下。患者,女,28岁。主因皮肤紫癜3个月伴发烧、头痛、间断酱油色尿20天入院。3个月前因床上喷DDV杀虫剂,次日皮肤出现紫癜、牙龈出血、右下肢肿痛、行动受限。血小板50×10~9/L。口服强地松、氨肽素后症状稍缓解。入院前20天发烧(38～39℃)、头痛、间断酱油色尿、皮肤紫癜、牙龈出血加重。查体:体温37.2℃,血压16/10kPa。贫血貌,四肢皮肤及静脉穿刺周围大片紫癜及瘀斑,左下肢由臀部至足背明显指凹性浮肿伴压痛,右下 Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (referred to as TTP), also known as Moschcowitz syndrome.
