碱性氮化物影响 R F C C 原料油的裂化性能及催化剂的微反活性,采用在 R F C C 原料中加入酸性助剂的方法,进行了提高轻油收率的研究. 在小型同轴试验装置上,反应温度为505 ~515 ℃, 剂油质量比为4 ~6 ,再生温度为690 ~710 ℃的条件下,分别考察了酸性助剂对催化剂活性、轻油收率、轻油酸值的影响. 结果表明:加入酸性助剂后, 催化剂活性提高了3 ~4 个单位;当酸性助剂质量分数达到0 .25 % ~0 .35 % 时,轻油收率可提高3 % ~4 % ,此时,柴油中碱氮的质量分数达到最小值;酸性助剂的加入不影响汽油与柴油的酸值.
The effects of basic nitrides on the cracking performance of R F C C feedstocks and the micro-reactivity of the catalysts were studied by adding acid auxiliaries to R F C C feedstocks.
