从α-烃基乙酰乙酸乙酯开始,经氰乙基代反应,再水解得相应的γ-氰基酮。酮用钠和丁醇还原环化行一系列的α-甲基-β-烃基六氢吡啶,还原的产率不高。主要的副产物是6-氨基己醇-2的3-烃基衍生物。α-烃基-α-氰乙甚乙酰乙酸乙酯的水解副产物——液体的γ-氰基酸,在加热时析出固体,这些固体证明是α-烃基戊二酰亚胺,系由相应的γ-氰基酸加热重排而成。这一反应可用于检定γ-氰基酸。
Starting from the ethyl ester of α-alkyl acetoacetate, it is reacted with cyanoethyl to give the corresponding γ-cyano ketone. Ketones with sodium and butanol reductive cyclization of a series of α-methyl-β-alkylpiperidine, the yield of reduction is not high. The major by-product is the 3-hydrocarbyl derivative of 6-aminohexanol-2. Hydrolysis byproducts of ethyl α-hydrocarbyl-α-cyanoethyl-ethanoacetate, a liquid γ-cyano acid, precipitated solids upon heating, and these solids proved to be α-hydrocarbyl glutarimide derived from the corresponding γ-cyano acid heat rearrangement made. This reaction can be used to test γ-cyano acids.
