为了阐明Beagle犬和西藏小型猪白细胞低下模型构建及维持过程中动物的血液学指标的变化,试验采用皮下注射环磷酰胺的方法建立Beagle犬和西藏小型猪白细胞低下模型。结果表明:连续4~7 d皮下注射10 mg/kg环磷酰胺可以建立维持长达7 d的Beagle犬白细胞低下模型,连续4 d皮下注射7.5 mg/kg环磷酰胺可以建立维持5~6 d的西藏小型猪白细胞低下模型,实际使用过程中可以根据所需模型的程度和时间来调整给予环磷酰胺的剂量和给药时间。
In order to elucidate changes in the hematological parameters of animals in the construction and maintenance of leukocyte-lowering models in Beagle dogs and Tibetan minipigs, subcutaneous injection of cyclophosphamide was used to establish a model of leukocyte in Beagle dogs and Tibetan miniature pigs. The results showed that subcutaneous injection of 10 mg/kg cyclophosphamide for 4 to 7 days could establish a Beagle canine leukocyte model for up to 7 days. Subsequent subcutaneous injection of 7.5 mg/kg cyclophosphamide for 4 d can establish 5–6 d maintenance. In the leukocyte-lowering model of Tibetan miniature pigs, the dose and time of administration of cyclophosphamide can be adjusted according to the degree and time of the required model during actual use.
