新经济时代对人才的要求具有创新、个性化的复合型和合作的特点,这给企业的人力资源管理也提出了新的挑战,这企业与人才同成长创新。文章从新经济时代企业内外环境变化的迫切要求出发,对企业营造创新文化、需人才的类型和素质进行论述,提出了在新经济时代企业人力资源管理创新与发展的新思路。(本文原刊于湖南师范大学社会科学学报2013年12月)
The requirements of new economy in the new economy have the characteristics of innovation and individualized compound and cooperation, which have also posed new challenges to the human resources management of enterprises, and the enterprises and talents have grown and innovated together. Based on the urgent requirement of the changes of internal and external environment in the new economic era, the article discusses the types and qualities of talents required for creating innovative culture in enterprises and puts forward new ideas for the innovation and development of human resources management in the new economic era.
