隧洞内安装PCCP管是一项综合技术,具有管道自重大、空间狭窄、安装精度高、施工操作不便等一系列困难,尤其直径4.0m大口径PCCP管洞内安装在国内外尚属首次。南水北调北京段西甘池、崇青隧洞经研究试验,采用具有专利技术的专用管道运输安装设备,成功完成了4000余m的洞内管道安装任务,填补了国内外洞内管道安装的空白,为今后类似工程积累了宝贵经验。
The installation of PCCP pipe in the tunnel is a comprehensive technology with a series of difficulties such as heavy pipe weight, narrow space, high installation precision and inconvenient operation. Especially, it is the first time to install PCCP pipe in a large diameter of 4.0m at home and abroad. Through the research and test of Xigangchi and Chongqing tunnels in the Beijing section of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the patented special pipeline transportation and installation equipment was successfully used to complete the installation of more than 4,000 m of pipelines in the tunnels, filling up the gaps in pipe installation at home and abroad for the future Similar projects have accumulated valuable experience.
