设备、物资等有形资产的流失，较易引走人们的重视。而无形资产由于其特殊性，它的流失则难从被人发现，从而不易引起人们的重视。作者认为，国有无形资产流失的主要现表是：合资、合作时无形资产未作评估或少估；技术工艺的失密或不合理计价；商标权的流失或被侵犯。作者还进一步分析了国有无形资产流失的原因，针对这些原因，作者提出了防止国有无形资产流失的对策措施：１．加强宣传教育，增强无形资产是重要的经营资源的观念。２．建立健全无形资产的管理制度。３．建立专业评估队伍，规范评估行为。
Equipment, supplies and other physical assets loss, easier to draw people’s attention. Because of its particularity, intangible assets are difficult to be found because of its particularity, so it is hard to arouse people’s attention. The author believes that the main loss of state-owned intangible assets are: the joint venture, cooperation, intangible assets were not assessed or underestimated; technical and technological loss or unreasonable valuation; loss or infringement of trademark rights. The author further analyzes the reasons for the loss of state-owned intangible assets. For these reasons, the author puts forward countermeasures to prevent the loss of state-owned intangible assets: 1. Strengthening publicity and education, and enhancing intangible assets are important management concepts of resources. 2. Establish and improve the management system of intangible assets. 3. Establish a professional assessment team to standardize the assessment of behavior.
